WHY JOIN?
E3 is a fun, exciting and educational competition that will provide hands-on experience aimed at developing stellar business acumen and teamwork skills. Why wait until you are in your third or fourth year of university to think about teamwork and leadership experience? This is the time to get involved and show future recruiters that you understand there is much to learn outside the classroom! This is the time to begin to build a network of new friends and colleagues! This is the time to put yourself to the test!
PERSONAL GROWTH
The E3 Challenge incorporates and provides paticipants with opportunities for personal growth in the following areas:

- Promotion
- Budget management
- Leading
- Managing
Soft Skill Set
Opportunity to learn is provided everywhere, from interaction with team members and external parties to effective communication to efficient presentation and networking skills.
Freedom
The E3 Challenge gives participants the freedom to use their creativity and realize their ideas.
Leaders of Tomorrow
Leadership opportunities will be provided, however, one must be motivated to step up to the challenge.
REQUIREMENTS
- Are you in your final years in high school or a freshman in university (aged 16-19 or turning 20 this summer)?
- Are you dedicated, determined, competitive, and ambitious?
- Are you creative and think outside the box?
- Are you striving to be one of the leaders of tomorrow?
- Are you going to be in Toronto this summer?
HOW TO GET INVOLVED
- Download the application form.
- Attach your resume to the application and submit the form by Wednesday, 18 June 2008. Please e-mail the completed form to e3challenge@dove-powerunit.com.
- Those who submitted applications should expect a phone call from the E3 Organizers.
- The selected applicants will be contacted for the orientation and training session.
- There will be a $20 fee for the selected applicants.
- Within a week after the orientation and training session, individuals will be notified of their team they belong to.
- Two weeks prior to the day of the event, the events will be explained to each team.
